Preschool Teacher

Hello, my name is Rachel Ferdinand! I am a blessed mother of 3 beautiful children, two girls and one boy. We live in Bloomfield, Wisconsin, just a few minutes from the Illinois border. My family and I love to spend time outside enjoying the beautiful land that God created for us.

I have spent several years educating children in many ways, including volunteer work at our local public schools, libraries, churches, my home, and homeschool cooperatives. God called me to Mt. Zion Christian School a few years ago. Even though I had spent over 20 years working in the healthcare field, I have always had a burning passion for teaching our youngest disciples the Lord’s ways and have loved sharing His gospel! I love to explore fun and creative ways to learn more about the world God created with His children, and I absolutely adore knowing more and more about God’s creation. I never plan to cease seeking that knowledge, and it is my passion to share the love of learning with all ages, especially the youngest of God’s creation! They are so full of joy and curiosity! I am looking forward to my fourth year teaching Pre-K at Mt. Zion!!
