Vicky’s Bio

1st Grade Teacher

Mrs. Martin can’t wait to start her third year teaching at Mt. Zion. She earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Rasmussen College and has taught various ages through the years. She and her husband have four sons, two in high school and two in elementary school. In her free time she enjoys many types of crafts including baking, sewing, and crochet.

Her goal in the classroom is to encourage children to become lifelong learners. She wants to encourage them to ask questions, find answers, and simply love learning. She is passionate about sharing the love of the Lord with her students and helping them to share the gospel with others.
